Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Mark O. Wedderburn, having worked in the IT industry since 1991, brings technical expertise and experience to the DCI Solutions team. He has extensive training and experience in varying aspects of systems & software engineering. He served with Lascelles, deMercado & Co. Limited in the capacity of Business Analyst for 5 years. For 2 of those years he served as MIS Manager for the Sugar Company of Jamaica and the remainder as IS Manager/ Account Executive in a number of companies and divisions within the Lascelles Group. These include J. Wray & Nephew Limited; Lascelles Merchandise and Globe Insurance Company Limited. Mr. Wedderburn is the holder of a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Electronics as well as a M.Sc. in Computer Sciences majoring in Software Engineering from the UWI (Mona).
Mr. Wedderburn has a passion for advancement of technology education in Jamaica and is a former chairman of the industry advisory board for the Computer Science Department of the UWI Mona Campus.
He is a Justice of the peace and a member of the Saint Andrew Lay Magistrates Association and a Minister of Religion. He is married with two children.
OPERATIONS CONSULTANT
Mr. Cecil Courtney C. Bailey first attained his BS in Geology from the University of the West Indies in 1998. He later went on to attend the Mona School of Business at the University of the West Indies in 2003 and earned an MBA with distinction in International Business Management. He has spent over 9 years in various senior management positions, working in Disaster Management and Security.
He has held positions as Senior Director Mitigation, Planning and Research, Senior Director Preparedness and Emergency Operations, as well as the Deputy Director General, with responsibility for Corporate Services and Mitigation, Planning and Research all at the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management in Jamaica between 2000 -2007. He is a former Deputy CEO, for Corporate Services at the Passport Immigration and Citizenship Agency in Jamaica. He has worked extensively in training, implementation and planning.

Dr. Phillipa Bennett - Software Engineering Consultant
Dr. Bennett holds a MSc. In Computer Sciences from the UWI (Mona) and A PhD. In Computer Sciences from Colorado State University in the U.S.A. She specializes in software modeling and analysis, formal specifications and Model-based verification techniques.
Michael Chin B.Sc. (Hons.) – Organisation Review and Quality Management Consultant
Michael A. Chin, is a software engineer and Project Manager and has over twenty years experience in managing, designing, evaluating, implementing and testing of business application systems. These include solution suites in Core Banking, Financial Accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) information systems. He has provided consulting service to one of Jamaica’s largest financial institutions in the area of effective Data Management, Business Intelligence and Regulatory Compliance (Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering Provisions). He has also provided guidance in the management of change specifically organisation re-structuring, redesign and process mapping, skills inventory and HR competencies.
Dr. Din Cox – Software Security Consultant
Dr. Din Cox has a PhD in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity from Capella University in the U.S.A. and holds multiple certifications as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional. He has over 19 years helping organizations position information security as a dimension of quality and a business enabler across financial services, technology, hospitality, and other industries. He has also provided strategic and tactical direction through areas of expertise in cybersecurity, security governance, risk management, security compliance, offensive security, application security, security engineering, and security architecture and operations.
Steve Laing – Cloud Engineer Consultant
Mr. Laing has over 20 years of experience working with software infrastructure, hosting and security platforms such as Check Point, MS Windows Server, Linux, VMWare, MS Exchange and MS Active Directory. With a BSc in Electronics from the UWI (Mona), Mr. Laing has worked on international and regional (Caribbean) projects in various industries including Government, Financial and Telecommunications, and is a highly skilled and knowledgeable Systems Engineer.
Garwin Pryce - Development Team Lead
Mr. Pryce is a graduate of the University of Technology and holds a BSc degree in Computer Science. His key strengths include Agile software development methodologies, DevOps, .Net and Web Technologies. He has 10 years’ experience as a Software Developer and has multiple Microsoft and .Net Certifications.
Thomas Sherman – Business Intelligence, ERP, Project Management & Implementation Consultant
Mr. Sherman is a graduate of the University of Technology and holds a BSc degree in Computer Science. His key strengths include the setup of data warehouses, Financial reporting systems, business intelligence systems and accounting ERP’s. He has over 30 years of experience in these areas.
